What areas do you serve?

Glacier Party Rentals serves the Flathead Valley, including Kalispell, Whitefish, Bigfork, Martin City, Coram, West Glacier, and beyond.

When should I reserve my rental?

May through August are our busiest months, so reserving your rentals as early as possible is recommended. All rentals are on a first come basis and deposits are required.

Is delivery included?

We will deliver all of our products to your event’s location and pick up after your event. You will be provided with a quote, including applicable delivery fees, when your estimate is sent. Tables and chairs will be delivered curbside, and long walks or stairs will incur an additional fee. Delivery outside of the Flathead Valley is available; please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer customer pickup?

We are not offering customer pickup at this time. If you have a special circumstance that may require pickup, please contact us.

Can I set up my own tent?

No. In order to ensure that each tent is properly setup to withstand Montana’s quickly-changing weather, we require that our experienced installers set up your tent rental.

How long is the rental period?

Glacier Party Rentals will work with your schedule. We consider most tent rentals to include 1 day before the event, the day(s) of the event, and tear down the day after the event. If your event location requires a shorter time frame (24 hours) we can also accommodate you; we aim to make your event as stress-free as possible.

Do I need tent walls?

While we recommend at least a partial half wrap with windows to protect your guests from wind, if you don’t think you will need walls, then do not reserve them. If you do want walls, they must be added at the time of setup.
